Terror organizations continue to react to the U.S. capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife. The MEMRI JTTM team reported on an AI-generated video released by Hizbullah showing a burning White House and connecting the Iran-backed “axis of resistance” with secular “anti-imperialist” movements. MEMRI recently released an extensive study on how terrorists are using AI – read this report here.
Below is the MEMRI report on the AI-generated video released by Hizbullah:
On January 9, 2026, Hizbullah Al-Electroni, a Telegram channel affiliated with Lebanese Hizbullah, posted an AI-generated video titled “It Is Our Battle; And We Will Be Victorious.” The one-minute clip links the Iran-backed “axis of resistance” to nonreligious “anti-imperialist” ideologies such the Cuban Revolution, the Arab socialist Nasserism, the Bolivarian Revolution, and the “anti-apartheid” movement in South Africa, framing them as correlated components of a “continuing revolution” against alleged U.S. “imperialism” and Israeli “aspirations.”
The video was published just one day after Hizbullah’s political wing in the Lebanese Parliament, the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, denounced the U.S. military action in Venezuela, linking it with Israeli operations in Lebanon. In a statement published on Telegram on January 8, the bloc condemned what it called American “bullying, aggression, threats of war, and the imposition of conditions and agreement by force” on the countries of the world, including “Venezuela, Denmark, Syria, Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine.”
The video opens with a scene of slain Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah looking at a burning map of Israel. An archival recording of Nasrallah pledging “fearlessness” – a reference to a famous quote by revered Shi’ite Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib – echoes in the background. The phrase is often cited by leaders of Iran-backed Shi’ite militias in the region, vowing determination to carry on the fight against Iran and its proxies’ perceived enemies – the U.S. and Israel.
Next in the video, a still image depicts late Cuban leader Fidel Castro shoulder to shoulder with revolutionary Marxist Che Guevara in front of the White House in flames. Guevara’s famous quote “The revolution will not be easy” is heard in the background, encapsulating a belief that the struggle for “change” involves sacrifice and resistance.

The next segment depicts Imam Musa AlSadr, the prominent Lebanese Iranian Shi’ite religious leader and founder of Shi’ite Amal Movement. Al-Sadr’s demagogic anti-Israel statements “Israel is absolute evil” and “If Israel fought the devil, we would stand with the devil” are also heard in the background.
Next, the video shows Egypt’s late military leader Gamal Abdennaser, along with an audio narration of one famous pledge: “We will liberate this land inch by inch.” This is followed by an edited photo of slain Hamas leaders Isma’il Haniyeh, Yahya Sinwar, and Abu Obeida, the military spokesman of Hamas’s military arm, the ‘Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades.
Against the backdrop of the White House engulfed in flames, the video shows Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Gamal Abdennaser, Nelson Mandela, and captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.

Returning to the Iran-led Islamic axis, the video shows the founder of Iran’s Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah, senior Hizbullah leader and founding member of Lebanon’s Islamic Jihad Organization Imad Mughniyeh, current leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement Abdulmalik Badreddine Al-Houthi, slain Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, deputy leader of Iraqi paramilitary Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF). The leaders of Iran and affiliated militias are portrayed marching down a courtyard of the Dome of the Rock. Nasrallah’s voice plays in the background, shouting: “We are the adherents of Ali Bin Abi Talib. We will not abandon Palestine!” The video goes on to show footage of current Hizbullah leader Naim Qassem and Iran’s Supreme Leader Khemenei pledging to continue to resist and confront the “Zionist aspirations.”

In conclusion, the video depicts Nasrallah and Na’im Qassem in front of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, amid widespread destruction. Nasrallah is heard saying: “This is battle we believe in, and we will emerge victorious, Allah willing.”
The last segment depicts the Oval Office in the White House engulfed in flames. The video ends with the text “Glory belongs to those who say no.”
