U.S., Syria Capture ISIS Leader Accused of Helping Escaped Terrorists to ‘Fuel ISIS Revival’

U.S. and Syrian forces have captured an ISIS leader who helped other terrorists when they escaped a detention facility in Syria, US Central Command said last Tuesday.
