WATCH: Kurdish Intelligence Chief Warns ISIS in Iraq Is ‘Like al-Qaeda on Steroids’

A top Kurdish counter-terrorism official has told the BBC that the Islamic State (IS) group has reorganised in Northern Iraq, and is now like “al-Qaeda on steroids”.

Lahur Talabany said that IS fighters were now moving freely in disputed terrain between security forces of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and the Iraqi army.
