White Supremacist Gang Member Accused of Plotting to Kill Weld District Attorney

A Weld County inmate will be prosecuted in Larimer County after deputies say he plotted to murder Weld County District Attorney Michael Rourke in December 2018.

Court documents allege Billie Allen, 32, a member of the white supremacist gang known as 211 Crew, conspired to kill Rourke in retaliation for filing weapons and drug possession charges against him, according to court documents.
