GAO: Significant Attention Needed on ‘High-Risk’ National Cybersecurity

The risks to systems underpinning the nation’s critical infrastructure are increasing as security threats evolve and become more sophisticated. Since 2010, GAO has made over 3,000 recommendations to agencies aimed at addressing cybersecurity shortcomings. GAO found that CYBERCOM has taken a number of steps to develop its CMF teams.
