SyferLock Integrates with Okta to Provide Software-Based Authentication for Enterprises

SyferLock Technology Corporation announced an integration with identity and mobility management provider Okta to allow enterprises to better address their authentication needs.

SyferLock’s GridGuard two-factor and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions now provide stronger access controls for joint customers, without the need for hardware tokens or cell phone dependency like SMS-based solutions.

“We continue to expand the platforms that SyferLock can integrate with. We are pleasedthat SyferLock’s software-based authentication solutions have been certified for interoperability with Okta’s identity and mobility management solutions,” said Chris Cardell, CEO of SyferLock. “SyferLock now provides users of Okta with a device-less alternative for two-factor and MFA that is easy to use and easy to deploy."

"Okta is committed to increasing security for critical company information and offering seamless, simple access for end users across enterprises," said Chuck Fontana, vice president of corporate & business development at Okta. "By partnering with SyferLock, we provide our joint customers with more options for strong authentication, allowing them to easily implement more flexible, secure processes across the organization."

SyferLock’s GridGuard delivers two-factor and multi-factor authentication utilizing patented software-based grids to convert static passwords/PINs into secure one-time passwords or PINs (OTPs).
