President Donald J. Trump has unveiled the roster of acting officials who will assume leadership roles in key cabinet and cabinet-level positions on January 20, 2025. These appointments, made pursuant to the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including 5 U.S.C. 3345 et seq., will see the following individuals serving in an acting capacity until permanent appointees are confirmed.
