ODNI has released a toolkit including video training to help support departments and agencies with the SF312, Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement.
The resources, released by the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, will educate personnel on their responsibility to protect sensitive and classified information from unauthorized disclosures, and possible consequences in failing to comply.
The training materials explain the actions that can be taken against contractors for making an unauthorized disclosure, steps that must be taken prior to publishing information and how the rules on NDAs may have changed.
All government contractors and employees are required to sign an SF312 to gain access to classified information.
