TSA Fines Rutgers Student Who Breached Security at Newark Airport

Haisong Jiang, the Rutgers student who was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport in January after ducking past security to spend time with his girlfriend, was fined $3,000 last week by the Transportation Security Administration, the agency said Friday.
