CISA’s Interagency Security Committee will brief on how federal facility security directors should determine their security level.
The Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities: An Interagency Security Committee Standard (RMP), 2021 Edition defines the criteria and processes that those responsible for a federal facility’s security should use in determining its security level. This standard provides an integrated, single source of physical security countermeasures and guidance on countermeasure customization for all nonmilitary federal facilities. The RMP provides a roadmap to mitigate identified risks posed to Federal facilities to include risks from the re-emergence of Domestic Violent Extremists (DVEs). Government .gov, .mil attendees only.
