Earlier this week, the Center for Cross-Sector Coordination (CXC) announced that it has reached another milestone and is now open for general membership. In making this announcement, Dave Wulf, the Center’s President & CEO, observed that CXC is building a “big tent” network across all 16 critical infrastructure sectors–bringing together infrastructure owners and operators as well as companies that deliver the tools, solutions, and technologies that enable security and resilience. He noted also that, over the past four months, “we have brought into CXC many of the leading companies and voices in the critical-infrastructure community to serve as founding sponsors, advisory-board members, and strategic partners–and have been coordinating closely with CISA and the federal Sector Risk Management Agencies.”
With CXC now fully open for membership, CXC Executive Director Kelly Murray is leading planning efforts for the organization’s kickoff event, a Cross-Sector Symposium scheduled for June 18 in Washington, DC.
More information on this event, including anticipated speakers from industry and government, is expected to be announced in the coming days.
Companies and individuals interested in joining the Center for Cross-Sector Coordination may submit applications for membership or sponsorship through the CXC website at https://www.cross-sector.org.
