Susan Kappel

Susan has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry in the areas of client services, management of strategic accounts, managed care program operations, employee benefits including workers’ compensation, and program development, management and evaluation for government entities, employers, payers and providers. In her current role, she has oversight responsibility for Sedgwick Government Solution’s client services, which include account management, reporting and analytics, and consulting practice. Susan leads the client services team in our longstanding commitment to positive customer experience and client success.
