Four accomplished leaders have joined The Center for Cross-Sector Coordination as Senior Fellows, bringing decades of experience across critical infrastructure security, resilience, emergency management, and national policy.
Amy Graydon joins CXC following a distinguished federal career spanning transportation, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure. As a charter member of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), she helped shape the foundation of the nation’s lead agency for critical infrastructure security and has spent her career building trusted partnerships that strengthen resilience across the public and private sectors.
Robert Crane brings deep expertise in critical infrastructure security, business continuity, and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) resilience. A former U.S. Department of Homeland Security advisor on GPS and PNT resilience and retired U.S. Coast Guard Reserve Commander, he has led initiatives that strengthen national preparedness and infrastructure resilience.
Alexandra Lampson, MPS, CEM® serves as Senior Program Manager for Critical Infrastructure at the District of Columbia Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency (HSEMA), where she leads efforts to enhance the protection and resilience of the District’s critical infrastructure. A Certified Emergency Manager, she is a recognized leader dedicated to advancing collaboration and innovative approaches to infrastructure resilience.
John Farrell joins CXC following nearly three decades of federal service, including as Chief of Risk and Security Assessments at CISA’s Office of Chemical Security. His expertise in critical infrastructure protection, emergency management, and cross-sector security risk governance will further strengthen CXC’s efforts to advance collaboration and resilience.
Together, these leaders bring extensive expertise and perspectives that will support CXC’s mission of strengthening cross-sector coordination, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure. CXC’s work is further supported through its strategic partnership with Homeland Security Today, enhancing the Center’s ability to provide members with trusted analysis and insights.
