Kelli Ann Burriesci is a leader in domestic and international security, risk management, and strategic policy with more than two decades of executive experience spanning the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Government Accountability Office (GAO) and private sector consulting.
In 2025, she founded KAB Consulting, advising executives on navigating security and risk in complex, highly regulated environments while maintaining operational performance and stakeholder trust.
Throughout her career, Ms. Burriesci led multiple large-scale programs focused on screening and vetting, trusted identities, countering-terrorism and criminal activities, improving coordination across law enforcement agencies and driving shared goals across international partners. She also championed the responsible adoption of emerging technologies to identify and mitigate threats, strengthen security, create efficiencies and solve problems. She is a recipient of the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service.
