Kelly McKinney

Kelly McKinney is the Senior Director of Emergency Management and Enterprise Resilience at NYU Langone Health. Until April 2016, McKinney was the Chief Disaster Officer at the American Red Cross in Greater New York. Prior to that, McKinney served eight years as Deputy Commissioner at the NYC Office of Emergency Management.
