She leads Guidehouse’s Infrastructure Optimization capability, specializing in end‑to‑end facilities lifecycle management—including requirements development, master planning, asset condition assessments, portfolio optimization, and capital investment prioritization. Her work in the Federal Law Enforcement environment focuses on strengthening mission resilience through data‑driven facilities modernization, integrating capabilities such as mission‑based demand modeling, real property analytics, operational risk assessments, and long‑range capital planning.
