Ryan Morris

Major Ryan "Russ" Morris brings over 15 years of computer security experience to Infocyte including offensive exploitation of all major computing platforms. An alum of the Air Force's 57th Information Aggressor Squadron (Air Force Red Team), he brings a unique offensive mindset to the world of defense. Prior to co-founding Infocyte, Ryan served as a cyberspace strategist, planning two of the largest defensive cyber operations in Air Force history. Following his switch to the Air Force Reserves, he created the Defensive Counter Cyber (DCC) Operator Training Course and served as the U.S. Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team (AFCERT)'s lead DCC Trainer. Ryan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from San Jose State University and is completing an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. He is proficient in dozens of programming languages and holds several industry certifications such as Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Essentials and GIAC Certified Incident Handler.
