William Flynn and Bob Kolasky

William Flynn is the former Deputy Assistant Secretary, DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection and Senior Fellow at GWU Center for Cyber & Homeland Security. He is presently the President, Garda Risk Management and a Principal at The Power of Preparedness. Bob Kolasky is the former Head of the National Risk Management Center and the Acting Assistant Secretary of Infrastructure Protection. He is currently a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
