Steampunk Wins $109M DHS Contract to Support MyUSCIS Platform

Steampunk, Inc. has secured a major $108.5 million Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract to provide platform support for myUSCIS, the online system that gives users a personalized account to navigate the U.S. immigration process.

The award, issued through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), will support the Rapid Application & Product Integrated Delivery (RAPID) initiative within the platform’s primary intake domain. The contract, which had been awaiting final approval since late April, begins September 1, 2025, and runs through August 31, 2030.

Steampunk, a Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC) Member, emerged as the winner from a pool of 21 bidders, securing the award under the GSA MAS contract vehicle.
