Will Powell is a FEMA Region III Public Affairs Specialist.

Dario Forte, founder and CEO of DFLabs, is a security incident response expert who has worked in Italian law enforcement and intelligence, and collaborated with US agencies on fraud and cybercrime investigations. He has co-authored several ISO Standards on incident investigation, digital forensic risk, and security incident management and response. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Milan and has presented to the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, World Bank, NASA and IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force).

Darryn Graham is chief architect at Software AG Government Solutions, which helps aerospace and defense organizations integrate and enhance the speed and scalability of their IT systems.

David Pounder is the Director, Threat and Risk Analysis at Gate 15 and serves as an Information Security Officer for a leading financial organization. He advises on both physical and cyber security issues, and specializes in counterterrorism, force protection, and counterintelligence efforts.

Heather Blanchard is co-founder of CrisisCommons, a global community of volunteers from technology, crisis response organizations, government agencies, and citizens that are working together to build and use technology tools to help respond to disasters and improve resiliency and response before a crisis.

Sally Canfield is senior vice president at Definers Public Affairs. Canfield has also held various senior positions including deputy chief of staff for policy at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, counselor to the secretary at the Department of Health and Human Services, and senior policy advisor to the Speaker of the House. In the 2000 campaign, Canfield served as domestic policy advisor to then-Gov. George W. Bush and in the 2008 campaign cycle, she served as policy director to Gov. Mitt Romney.

Canfield holds a degree in Political Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and has studied at Saint Catherine’s College, Oxford University. Canfield is also a Board Member of the Panzi Foundation USA, a charitable foundation that raises awareness about the challenges in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, engages in strategic advocacy to end violence against women, and provides grants to Panzi Hospital to heal women and restore lives.

Henry J. Sienkiewicz is Chief Innovation and Revenue Officer for Secure Channels, an Orange Country, California based encryption company, and an adjutant professor at Georgetown University. A best-selling author, Henry is the former Chief Information Officer for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

Director Hinojosa assumed her elected post in the Compliance and Facilitation Directorate of the World Customs Organization (WCO), effective January 1, 2016, after serving nearly 29 years with the United States Custom Service/Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
She leads the WCO directorate that is responsible for assisting Members in implementing effective and efficient controls, ensuring fair and accurate revenue collection, and protecting society by intercepting and suppressing illicit and criminal activities. The directorate has the twin goal of securing and facilitating legitimate global supply chains through the simplification and harmonization of Customs procedures. In order to accomplish this, the Directorate, working with WCO Members, develops international standards covering all aspects of trade processes, which encompass the cross border movement of people and goods, and manages a number of international conventions.
Throughout her career with CBP, she held a number of leadership positions in a several different geographic locations in the United States. Although she served most of her career along the US/Mexico land border, she also served in several key leadership positions overseeing major airport operations in the Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas areas. Following her service as the Director, Field Operations (Regional Director) in the El Paso, Texas region, she served as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for International Affairs, in Washington, DC through December 2015.
