Ken Kartsen is Vice President of Public Sector Sales for McAfee. In this position he oversees business development for the public sector. Kartsen has been responsible for public sector sales and service providers at leading technology companies for over 17 years, primarily in the security industry.

Joseph J. Kolb, MA is the Executive Director for the Southwest Gang Information Center, an instructor for the Western New Mexico University Department of Criminal Justice specializing in border security and transnational criminal organizations and a Master Instructor for the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy endorsed in gangs, bombs, and terrorism. Barak Perelman is CEO and Co-Founder of Indegy, a leading industrial cyber security company. Prior to founding Indegy, Barak led cyber security projects for critical infrastructure protection with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

Jeremy Weese is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Senstar. Jeremy began his career at Senstar in 1999 after graduating with a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa. During his tenure with Senstar, Jeremy’s responsibility for the company’s product portfolio has progressively increased. As a Solution Specialist within the Security Intelligence Global Practice, Jen is focused on providing subject matter expertise and assistance to Government teams addressing various security risks such as Cyber Security, Insider Threat, Targeting/Lead Generation, and other Intelligence-specific applications of the SAS Security Intelligence Foundation. Having served as an all-source intelligence analyst in the United States Army, and having since worked closely with numerous law enforcement, defense, and intelligence organizations around the world, Jen has a unique and comprehensive view within these areas and how their tradecraft and missions vary. Jen has worked in mission areas to include; counterterrorism, counterespionage, counternarcotic, peacekeeping missions, priority intelligence requirements, and the Balkans (Bosnia-Herzegovina). Over the last 22 years, Jen has held a security clearance with numerous agencies supporting organizations such as FBI, DEA, NSA, CIA, NCTC, State Department, Department of Energy, and also State and Local Law Enforcement. Jen also has in-depth knowledge (through previous employment) of technology and information companies such as i2, Dun & Bradstreet, Choicepoint and Thompson Reuters.

Mr. Falkowitz co-founded Area 1 Security to discover and eliminate targeted phishing attacks before they cause damage to organizations. Previously, Mr. Falkowitz held senior positions at the National Security Agency (NSA) and United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) where he focused on Computer Network Operations & Big Data. There is where he realized the immense need for preemptive cybersecurity.

Chris Pogue is head of services, security and partner integration at Nuix. He has more than 15 years’ experience and 2,000 breach investigations under his belt. Over his career, Chris has led multiple professional security services organizations and corporate security initiatives to investigate thousands of security breaches worldwide. His extensive experience is drawn from careers as a cybercrimes investigator, ethical hacker, military officer, and law enforcement and military instructor. In 2010, Chris was named a SANS Thought Leader, ran an award-winning security blog (The Digital Standard), and has contributed to multiple security publications. Chris holds a Master's Degree in Information Security and is also an adjunct cybersecurity professor at Southern Utah University.

Ken Moser, deputy chief of the Applied Technology Division in the Office of Information and Technology, is the active Section 508 Coordinator for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
