Chuck Brooks and Paul Goldenberg

Chuck Brooks, President of Brooks Consulting International, is Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University in the Cyber Risk Management and Applied Intelligence programs. He formerly served at DHS in the Science & Technology Directorate. Chuck was named as one of “The Top 5 Tech People to Follow on LinkedIn” and by IFSEC as the “#2 Global Cybersecurity Influencer” in the world. In 2022 he was named “Cyber Person of the Year” by Cyber Express. He is also a Visiting Editor of Homeland Security Today. Paul Goldenberg is the chief policy advisor for the Rutgers University Miller Center on Policing, a former senior member of the NJ Attorney’s General Office and the US Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council. As a former member of DHS’s Advisory Council, he cochaired the state and local cybersecurity task force. In 2021 he was named by Security Magazine as the Most Influential Person in Homeland Security.
