Mirriam-Grace MacIntyre

Ms. Mirriam-Grace MacIntyre is a distinguished national security leader with over two decades of experience in intelligence, counterintelligence, and global security operations. She most recently served as Executive Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC), where she led daily operations to safeguard the United States from foreign intelligence threats. From 2021–2023, she served on the White House National Security Council as Director for ounterintelligence, providing senior leadership on matters of intelligence and national security policy and strategy. Earlier roles include senior positions at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), where she led the development of national strategies, plans, and initiatives to advance the Intelligence Community’s (IC) mission and address the needs of U.S. Government decision makers. Under her leadership, she advanced major North Atlantic Treaty Organization security initiatives and supported Operation Warp Speed, the U.S. Government’s effort to develop a COVID-19 vaccine. Prior to this, she served eleven years as an intelligence officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) where she held numerous senior analytic and management positions across the counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and counterespionage portfolios, including leading teams in the Middle East to support military operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She began her career at the Department of Defense (DoD) as an analyst producing intelligence insights for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of Defense, and the Office of the Vice President. Ms. MacIntyre is the Senior Partner for Global Geopolitical Risk Management at growth[period], where she advises clients on business growth, business market expansion, and global risk management strategies. Ms. MacIntyre’s work has been featured in industry podcasts and media outlets and she has spoken at numerous universities, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and business and security conferences across the globe. She is the recipient of the Presidential Meritorious Rank Award, DIA’s Meritorious Civilian Service Award, DoD’s Civilian Combat Support Award, DoD’s Civilian Expeditionary Award, and the National Security Award for Counterintelligence Analysis. Ms. MacIntyre is an alumna of Stanford University, Georgetown University, The George Washington University, and Sciences-Po Paris.
