Ashlyn Kalaher Named Chief Strategy Officer at Sentinel

Sentinel has appointed Ashlyn Kalaher as its new Chief Strategy Officer, bringing a background that spans FBI federal intelligence and private-sector security leadership.

The company announced the move, noting Kalaher’s experience as a former FBI Tactical Intelligence Analyst with more than a decade of work in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and complex investigations. During her time at the FBI, she supported intelligence operations, contributed to multi-agency efforts, and provided briefings to senior leadership during critical events.

Kalaher most recently served as Director for Pinkerton’s New England region, where she led a team delivering risk management and security services across multiple client organizations. In that role, she oversaw personnel embedded with clients and managed a range of security operations tailored to organizational needs.

Before joining Pinkerton, Kalaher worked in global security and resiliency at Boston Scientific. There, she managed due diligence screenings for more than 1,000 third-party partners and conducted internal investigations, including sensitive employee matters, coordinating with law enforcement and advising stakeholders based on findings.

Across her career, Kalaher has focused on threat analysis, investigative work, and developing security strategies informed by data and intelligence. Her experience includes analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns relevant to investigations, and producing reports to support operational decision-making.

Kalaher holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
