Venkat Kodumudi Named Chief Innovation Officer at Arch Systems

Venkat Kodumudi has joined Arch Systems, LLC as Chief Innovation Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in technology leadership, product development, and innovation initiatives across government and commercial sectors.

Before joining Arch Systems, Kodumudi served as Chief Technology Officer at Unissant, where he led technology direction for solutions supporting federal customers in national security and healthcare. During his time there, he led the creation and delivery of multiple products focused on customer mission needs, resulting in more than $3 million in organic revenue growth. He also led artificial intelligence initiatives, including the delivery of AI Centers of Excellence for customers.

Previously, Kodumudi held several leadership roles at CGI, including Director of Innovation and Director of the U.S. Blockchain and RPA Practice. At CGI, he managed innovation programs, emerging technology strategies, and blockchain initiatives, including the development of blockchain-based solutions for government customers.

Kodumudi also served as Deputy Director of Operations and Engineering at the Transportation Security Administration, where he supported IT operations, cloud adoption efforts, and technology modernization initiatives. Earlier at TSA, he led application development programs, managed technology portfolios, and supported enterprise data and cloud strategies.

He has also held technology leadership positions with companies including Karsun Solutions, FocalCXM, Telos Identity Management Solutions, Unisys, and Sun Microsystems.
