The app monitors vitals through Bluetooth -- connecting physiological-monitoring sensors to the dashboard, which is accessible to Watchtower users.

The UAS will also be used to “support prosecution” by providing real-time imagery, data, target illumination, communications relay and other capabilities to the fleet, as well as other government platforms as needed.

He joined DHS last March as a senior counselor to then-Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly; prior to this, he was director of cybersecurity policy with Microsoft’s government affairs team.
