Guidehouse beat out five other bids to secure a five-year support task from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to provide support services for the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) Pivot system. This USDA STRATUS Pool 2 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOAs) is to provide data aggregation, validation, processing, modeling, and reporting system services for Pivot.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) FEMA Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration (FIMA) National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) owns and operates the NFIP PIVOT (not an acronym; formerly called Phoenix) system. The NFIP PIVOT system is a web-based system designed to help facilitate and consolidate in one system the NFIP’s core business processes.
