McCrary Institute Hosts Inaugural Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Summit

The McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security hosted its first annual McCrary Cyber Summit on March 17, bringing together senior government and industry leaders for insights on the path ahead in defending the systems Americans rely on most.

The summit featured a fireside chat with White House National Cyber Director Sean Cairncross about President Trump’s newly released Cyber Strategy for America and to share the administration’s priorities on the way ahead. We heard key insights from government leaders, for the first time, speaking together.

The event included industry perspective from Booz Allen Chairman and CEO Horacio Rozanski as well as featured speakers from Palo Alto Networks, Mastercard, GDIT and the Alliance for Critical Infrastructure.

The day closed with a fireside chat with CISA Acting Director Nick Andersen.
