Phil Hassell Joins EY as Associate Director for DHS Business Development

Phil Hassell has joined EY as an associate director for business development supporting the Department of Homeland Security, bringing more than 16 years of experience building and capturing federal opportunities across satellite communications, geospatial intelligence, and enterprise IT.

Hassell most recently served as a principal for business development at LMI. Before that, he worked in Homeland Security business development at Palantir Technologies and held senior business development roles at Leonardo DRS, where he supported end-to-end communications, enterprise IT, and cybersecurity pursuits for customers including DHS, DOJ, VA, NOAA, and NGOs.
