WATCH: Mattis Discusses Military Role on the Mexican Border

Defense Secretary James Mattis tells reporters on his way to McAllen, Texas, today that he expects troop levels on the Mexico border to fluctuate between 5,900 and 7,000. He also talks about the name of the mission, but declines to discuss costs.
