Tiffany Sewell is a senior leader with more than 30 years of experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and advancing community safety, threat assessment, and prevention‑focused systems change. She currently serves as the Director of Prevention & Public Safety Engagement at the Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab (CELL). Previously, Tiffany was the Associate Director of Field Operations for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3), where she led a national team of experts advancing a public‑health‑informed approach to targeted violence and terrorism prevention, built federal‑state‑local partnerships, and guided the development of community‑based threat prevention strategies across the United States. Tiffany has long been recognized for her leadership in early‑intervention systems, and cross‑sector collaboration, having directed statewide prevention networks and advised government, behavioral health, education, law enforcement, and community partners on strengthening safety and trust through evidence‑based practices. Her background spans child welfare, juvenile justice, multi‑systemic intervention, and prevention policy, with deep expertise in Motivational Interviewing, risk assessment models, implementation science, and violence‑prevention frameworks. A respected trainer, facilitator, and national presenter, Tiffany is committed to building healthy organizational cultures and community partnerships that reduce risk, improve safety, and promote resilient, thriving communities.
