Investigators retrieved two storage bins used by Francoeur that contained firearm parts, a .22 caliber rifle, more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition, 25 high-capacity magazines, and more.

Castaneda is alleged to have sold four firearms and nine machine gun conversion devices to undercover ATF agents on four separate occasions.

ATF is seeking the public’s assistance in gathering any existing video footage captured on April 26-27 within the Dustin Tavern Rd. or North Sugar Hill Rd. areas.

If found guilty of arson, Gomez faces not less than five years and up to twenty years in federal prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000.

To date, law enforcement officers have recovered approximately 33 stolen firearms as a part of this ongoing investigation.
