Envistacom, Defense Intelligence Contractor, Expanding Research Center for Counterterrorism, Cybersecurity and Communications Technologies

Envistacom is opening an engineering and innovation center in Duluth, Georgia, to expand research and development for communications and counterterrorism technologies to support national security requirements.

The facility will be located in more than 20,000 square feet of leased office space in Gwinnett Forest office park in Duluth, a suburb of metro Atlanta. Andrew Waguespack, vice president of Colliers International (Atlanta), North America’s largest commercial real estate services firm, assisted Envistacom with site selection and lease negotiations.

Envistacom is a key supplier and integrator of communications technologies and network infrastructures for US military customers, including fixed and mobile satellite systems used in remote and austere locations. The company also provides cybersecurity solutions and services.

“Envistacom’s continued growth is a result of being responsive to our customers, combining technology with our subject-matter expertise to help them solve their problems and drive mission success,” explains Alyssa Carson, Envistacom’s president and founder. “A new and dedicated engineering facility is key to furthering our track record of innovation in technology development and its application to meet customer needs as they face rising global threats.”
