Court Orders GSA to Rescind All Alliant 2 Small Biz Awards

The Court of Federal Claims has ordered the U.S. General Services Administration to re-score all bids made for contracts under the $15B Alliant 2 Small Business governmentwide acquisition vehicle for IT services.
