Winners for the third annual XCELLENCE Awards by the Association for Unmanned Vehicles Systems International (AUVSI) were announced at a virtual ceremony on October 6. Recipients represent the accomplishments by companies, organizations and individuals across the unmanned systems community.
Brian Wynne, president and CEO of AUVSI, said the XCELLENCE awards recognize companies and individuals who are achieving remarkable results with unmanned systems technology to benefit communities.
The AUVSI XCELLENCE Awards honor innovators with a demonstrated commitment to advancing autonomy, leading and promoting safe adoption of unmanned systems and developing programs that use these technologies to save lives and improve the human condition. Winners were awarded across six technology innovation categories:
