K2 Earns Registered Provider Organization Designation From the Cyber AB

K2 has announced that it has been designated as a Registered Provider Organization (RPO) by The Cyber AB.

This accreditation formally recognizes K2 as an authorized partner within the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework, supporting organizations that handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) for the Department of Defense (DoD).

“We are ideally positioned to support federal contractors and subcontractors as they navigate evolving CMMC requirements,” said Michael Marcell, President of K2’s Integrated Solutions Group. “As these requirements continue to roll out across DoD contracts, organizations need experienced partners who can bridge compliance and real-world implementation.”

Through this designation, Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC) member K2 is equipped to assist companies by:

  • Assessing current cybersecurity posture
  • Designing and implementing secure CMMC enclaves
  • Developing compliant policies and procedures
  • Preparing for third-party certification
