Sev1Tech Wins $18.8M U.S. Coast Guard Contract to Transform Business Operations

Sev1Tech today announced that it has been awarded an $18.8 million prime contract by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to support the Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) Business Operations Division (BOD). Sev1Tech will provide program management support services to enhance ALC’s business processes and improve operational efficiency. The five-year contract, awarded under Sev1Tech’s OASIS Pool 1 IDIQ, includes a one-year base period with four option years. Sev1Tech’s partners include BayFirst Solutions and VectorCSP, both recognized for their long-standing exemplary support of the Coast Guard and ALC BOD.

“Delivering a portfolio of projects from concept through completion requires efficient leadership and resources to define, plan, implement, and integrate key changes into every aspect of the program.” says Bob Lohfeld, Chief Executive Officer at Sev1Tech. “Our team of experts have over 20 years of experience in overseeing large complex programs. We combine proven traditional process improvement methodologies with emerging best practices to help transform businesses and ensure mission success.”

The ALC BOD program enables USCG mission success by providing key decision-makers with process planning, data analysis, and strategic partnership recommendations that optimize value for the entire ALC. To further ALC BOD’s mission to maximize return on investment, Sev1Tech will support ALC BOD business decisions, providing comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis, financial and logistics analysis, staffing support, and quality and environmental management system sustainment support.

In addition to supporting ALC BOD business objectives, Sev1Tech will also assist ALC in maintaining compliance with internationally recognized certifications such as AS9110, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 to ensure ALC remains consistent in best practices and industry standards. Backed by highly qualified personnel with a strong understanding of Lean fundamentals, the USCG has confidence in Sev1Tech’s ability to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and provide continuous process improvement.
