Katie Klatt is a COVID-19 infection-control nurse at Boston EMS. She is currently a Master of Public Health in Health Management student at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Katie received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Virginia. She worked as a pediatric intensive care unit nurse in California and Australia before beginning her MPH studies.

Julia Riddick is a Petersburg, VA native and serves active duty in the U.S. Army as a Cyber Operations Officer. She has a master’s degree in Psychology of Gender Diversity and is currently studying Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework at Georgetown University. She is married to her best friend, Corey Riddick. They have two children, Cori and Julian.

Jim Shaw joined Crystal Group in January 2006 as Vice President of Engineering; in 2011, Jim was promoted to Executive Vice President of Engineering. Jim has responsibility for guiding the Engineering department and is the leading member of the product development team. Jim also provides direction as the Quality Management Representative for Crystal Group.

Jim’s innovative design prowess led to the birth of the rugged series (RS) chassis for the military and industrial computing markets. During Jim’s tenure at Crystal Group the company has expanded its product lines into storage, displays, rugged switches, and custom power supply designs.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining Crystal Group, Jim held a management position in engineering at Rockwell Collins, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. During his time there, he was honored three times as one of Rockwell Collins’ Engineer of the Year nominees for his work in high performance electronics packaging. He has authored or co-authored ten international patents.

Eric Trexler is Vice President of Sales, Global Government, Forcepoint. Eric has more than 21 years of experience in the technology industry with both the public and private sectors including the DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence components. Prior to joining Forcepoint, Eric was the Executive Director for Civilian and National Security Programs at McAfee, formerly Intel Security. Prior to joining McAfee in 2010, he managed multi-million dollar accounts at Salesforce.com, EMC Corporation and Sybase, Inc.

Eric served as an Airborne Ranger with the United States Army for four years, specializing in communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA with a concentration in strategy, both from the University of Maryland at College Park.
