Faulty Security Detector Causes Chaos at Adelaide Airport

Flights in and out of Adelaide Airport are expected to be delayed after a faulty security screening device forced the evacuation of its entire Terminal 1 concourse on December 10.

“All customers were moved out of the sterile area, a sweep conducted, and customers are currently being re-screened and allowed to re-enter the concourse,” the airport posted to Twitter shortly before 4pm local time.
