WATCH: Dubai Gets Shaggy to Warn Potential Fraud Victims

Dubai police changed the lyrics of Jamaican singer Shaggy’s 2000 hit “It Wasn’t Me,” and used it to warn residents against fraudsters.

The two-minute video, released on Facebook, showed a conservation between a fraud victim and a bank representative.
