The TSA office of Contracting & Procurement (C&P) will host an education webinar for the business community on how the agency conducts its business practices in relation to the following areas:
- Source Selection Activities – Pre and Post Award
- Contract Protest Activities – Pre and Post Award
- Debriefings
This event will not cover individual GAO cases or current and past procurements solicited and awarded by the agency, but rather a distillation of the legal procedures, and practical factors surrounding the educational topics based on the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procedures.
The webinar will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00pm eastern time. Pre-registration to attend is not required, however, the webinar is limited to the first 250 participants. TSA is asking participants to send their questions in advanced due to time constraints during the webinar. Questions may be submitted via email at C&[email protected] and must have in the email subject line “C&P Education Webinar Questions” by the deadline of July 28, 2022, 4 p.m. EST.
