Jenna O’Steen has been named Managing Director of the Public Safety Portfolio at Accenture Federal Services, where she will lead mission-critical work supporting federal agencies across the Departments of Commerce, Energy, Homeland Security, Justice, State, and the U.S. Courts.
O’Steen brings nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of technology and public safety missions. She has spent more than 11 years with Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC) members Accenture Federal Services, most recently serving as Managing Director for Justice and Homeland Security.
Her career at Accenture Federal Services has included several leadership roles focused on federal justice and homeland security agencies. From 2019 to 2025, she served as Managing Director for Justice and Law Enforcement. Earlier, she led Homeland Security growth and strategy efforts and worked as a Homeland Security solution architect, collaborating with agencies on technology transformation initiatives.
Before joining Accenture Federal Services, O’Steen worked at Agilex Technologies, where she led account strategy activities aimed at expanding business within the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly seven years with Booz Allen Hamilton, managing multi-million-dollar federal contracts and supporting major delivery programs.
Throughout her career, O’Steen has focused on applying commercial technology capabilities—such as cloud platforms, digital systems, and data analytics—to support public safety and national security missions. Her work has involved helping federal agencies modernize systems, improve data use, and support operational outcomes across complex mission environments.
O’Steen holds a Master of Arts in International Finance and Development from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
In addition to her professional work, she has been involved in mentorship and leadership initiatives, including participation in Women in Tech programs, service as co-chair of the Accenture Federal Women’s Forum, and membership on the Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.
