Senior Project Manager Joseph Goetz Joins Dewberry

Dewberry has announced that Joseph Goetz, PE, has been hired in its Fairfax, Virginia, office as a senior project manager for disaster recovery services.

Goetz brings more than 35 years of experience managing disaster assistance and emergency response projects, as well as directing a broad range of critical infrastructure projects totaling more than $1 billion. Goetz also has extensive experience leading large programs and multiple task order contracts with a focus on temporary housing, disaster recovery, and individual assistance. Prior to joining the firm, Goetz worked in numerous roles with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

“I’m looking forward to using my project management experience and leadership ability to serve our clients with responsive, effective engineering services that exceed expectations,” says Goetz.

Goetz earned a bachelor’s degree in general engineering from the United States Military Academy (1983) and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University (1996). He is a professional engineer in Virginia and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
