Stephanie Berg Duffey has joined Guidehouse as an Associate Director, bringing more than 16 years of experience supporting government programs, homeland security missions, and complex operational initiatives.
Duffey’s background includes managing large-scale government programs, developing growth strategies, securing funding, and building teams aligned with mission objectives. Her expertise includes intelligence analysis, transportation security, risk analysis, and infrastructure security within the Homeland Security Enterprise.
Before joining Guidehouse, Duffey served as an Advisory Manager at Deloitte, supporting government-focused initiatives. Prior to that, she spent more than 13 years at CENTRA Technology, Inc., where she managed programs and teams supporting homeland security contracts focused on critical infrastructure risk, public safety, economic security, transportation security, and intelligence analysis.
Earlier in her career, Duffey worked as a Technical Editor at the National Ground Intelligence Center, the U.S. Army’s center focused on analysis of ground forces. In that role, she supported the production of military intelligence assessments covering topics including scientific and technical analysis, foreign militaries, conflicts, and terrorist organizations while ensuring products followed intelligence tradecraft and quality standards.
Duffey also brings experience in research and analysis from earlier roles in archaeology and cultural resource management, including work with The Montpelier Foundation and URS Corporation, where she conducted historical research, managed field teams, and prepared analytical reports.
