Tony Parmer Promoted to Vice President of Global Law Enforcement at Mayvin

Tony Parmer has been promoted to Vice President of Global Law Enforcement at Mayvin, advancing to a senior leadership role after more than five years with the company and a career spanning federal law enforcement, intelligence, national security, defense operations, and government contracting.

Parmer has been with Mayvin for more than five years and most recently served as Director of Global Law Enforcement Programs, where he oversaw a federal law enforcement contract portfolio valued at more than $200 million. In that role, he was responsible for program performance, contract compliance, workforce delivery, risk management, and customer engagement across multiple federal agencies.

His promotion follows a progression of leadership roles at Mayvin, including Senior Program Manager, where he directed contracts valued at more than $130 million and led cross-functional teams supporting operations, human resources, security, and facilities management.

Throughout his career, Parmer has managed major federal programs supporting organizations across the intelligence, defense, and law enforcement communities, including the CIA, FBI, Department of the Army, DARPA, Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), and other federal law enforcement agencies. He has held profit-and-loss responsibility for more than $220 million in federal contracts and has extensive experience managing programs governed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements.

Before joining Mayvin, Parmer served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Guidehouse, where he managed FBI facilities, real property, and space management programs. Earlier assignments included managing CIA physical security and classified construction programs in overseas environments, leading intelligence-support operations in Iraq, and serving as a Correctional Officer with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Parmer’s public service background also includes more than 22 years in the U.S. Army, where he retired as a First Sergeant. During his military career, he led and mentored teams in high-pressure operational environments while overseeing training, readiness, and mission execution.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Liberty University, a master’s degree in logistics, materials, and supply chain management from Trident University International, and has completed additional studies in project management, data analytics, construction management, and executive business education, including a Mini MBA certificate from Loyola University Chicago.
