The U.S. Defense Contract Management Agency has added Elsight’s drone connectivity system to its approved procurement list for secure unmanned systems.
The inclusion of the Israeli firm’s Halo on the Blue UAS list confirms that it meets US Department of Defense requirements for cybersecurity, supply chain assurance, and operational reliability in unmanned systems.
It also clears the platform for Federal Communication Commission authorization, allowing broader deployment across military drone programs.
