Ann Beauchesne Announced as CEO of Ridge Global Education

Ann M. Beauchesne has been appointed as CEO of Ridge Global Education, a training firm that helps protect organizations against cyber breaches.

Beauchesne was previously senior vice president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s National Security & Emergency Preparedness Department, leading homeland defense, cybersecurity, and resilience issues on behalf of the business community. During the decade that she has held her position at the Chamber of Commerce, Beauchesne has been responsible for developing the Chamber’s overall national security policy strategy and for fostering public-private sector partnerships. She also served as the principal spokesperson on national security and emergency preparedness issues.

Beauchesne also created the Cybersecurity Working Group, working with more than 200 businesses to identify cyber legislation and regulations affecting industry and advocate for reform with Congress and in federal agencies, and she launched the Chamber’s Cybersecurity Education and Awareness Campaign.

Gov. Tom Ridge, the first Homeland Security secretary, welcomed her to Ridge Global Education, saying, “Ann will be a tremendous asset as we look to build Ridge Global Education as a trusted resource for C-Suite executives, corporate boards, and companies who need to train their employees on not only cyber threats, but the range of risks facing organizations today. Ann had many choices for her next move. I am humbled that she chose to join the Ridge Global team.”

Ridge Global Education delivers custom world-class education and training programs designed to help organizations foster a culture of awareness and accountability across the enterprise.

“I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with Governor Ridge and the team at Ridge Global. His leadership on these important issues has helped steer the business community to be more resilient,” Beauchesne said. “I’m honored to help the firm expand and grow in the cybersecurity ecosystem. It’s a privilege to be part of an organization that delivers such high quality services to its clients.”
