House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mike McCaul was in San Francisco on Thursday pitching his encryption commission proposal. He says he’s happy with the initial feedback, but there are hurdles ahead. At least one of the House panels responsible for advancing the bill doesn’t intend to mark it up.
