GDIT Releases Governmentwide AI Solution to Combat Fraud, Waste and Abuse

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) has announced the release of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) detection solution governmentwide.

Leveraging advanced AI, machine learning, large language models and natural language processing technologies, the solution will enable federal agencies to proactively detect and prevent fraudulent and improper payments. The AI FWA solution is part of the company’s suite of Mission AI solutions and can be customized to unique agency mission needs. The solution is designed for large-scale mission applications, including healthcare claims, benefit payments, food safety and financial fraud.

“Our customers face increasing demands to identify, detect and proactively prevent fraud faster,” said Kamal Narang, senior vice president for Federal Health. “We have combined advanced AI capabilities with over 20 years of deep mission expertise in reducing fraud to build this flexible, repeatable and ready-now solution for health customers. Agencies across the government can now use this solution to uncover fraud at scale – with the speed and accuracy they need to meet mission-critical goals.”
