Hizbullah-Affiliated News Outlet Promotes New Digital Media Platform Available On Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, And X

According to a special report by the MEMRI Jihad and Terrorism Threat Monitor (JTTM), a Lebanese Hizbullah-affiliated website is promoting a new digital media platform that aims to provide a single source of authoritative news for Lebanon.

The following is the report:

On April 20, 2026, Al-Khanadeq, a website affiliated with Hizbullah, promoted a new platform called “The Lebanese Interior Front.” The platform, which aims to provide authoritative news for Lebanon, is on Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and X.

Al-Khanadeq encouraged supporters to “get news from a trusted source” and avoid psychological operations employed by the “enemy.” It billed The Lebanese Interior Front as a “national reference platform dedicated to raising awareness and issuing alerts regarding the methods of targeting employed by adversaries against Lebanese society – spanning security, psychological, and social dimensions.”

The outlet added: “It also aims to enhance security and digital literacy, and to empower community members to engage with information in their daily lives in a conscious and responsible manner.”

Al-Khanadeq further emphasized that since supporters can become unwitting tools of enemy propaganda, maintaining vigilance and “exercising discernment” in sharing news is critically important.

It concluded: “The platform offers accessible and reliable content that helps users distinguish between what should be shared and what is best avoided, thereby fostering a culture of responsibility within both the digital and social spheres. Follow us and become part of a more aware and resilient community.”
